Overview
Short: The introduction of stereo laparoscopic system in minimally invasive surgery (MIS) has enabled the application of computational stereo algorithms to recover in vivo 3D metric measurements from the surgical site. The executable for the algorithm in our MICCAI 2010 paper will be available for download shortly. If you require the algorithm executable urgently, please email me.
