Submit your final camera ready paper (before 8th June)
For Authors with Accepted Papers Only
 
Step 1: Register online for attending MICCAI 2009
  • The presenting/corresponding author must register online by using our online payment system for attending MICCAI 2009 before the end of 8th June, 2009
  • If you have multiple papers accepted, you can only cover up to two accepted papers for your registration.

Step 2: Once paid, prepare your final camera ready paper and complete copyright and other forms
  • We will publish the proceedings as Lecture Notes in Computer Science by Springer. Please read carefully the information for authors from Springer. You must use the LNCS templates available on the Springer website to prepare your paper
  • The proceedings will be printed in full-color and the maximum number of pages for your final paper is 8 (including abstract and references); the editors reserve the right to reject papers that are over the 8 page limit
  • Make sure your revised manuscript addresses all required changes outlined by the area chairs. Create source (input) files by following the guidelines below
    • For example, LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures
    • Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN
    • Final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX)
    • Final PDF file (for reference, )
    • RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX)
  • Download and complete the MICCAI 09 copyright form, which can be signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors (click to download). Scan your signed copyright form and save it as a TIFF or PDF file
  • zip all your files above (including the digital copy of the signed copyright form) together and name it using your MICCAI 09 paper submission ID (for example: MICCAI-1246.zip, where 1246 is your paper ID number)
  • Create a zip file for the electronic supplementary materials of your paper (if applicable). The maximum file size is 5Mb.
  • If you are eligible for MICCAI Young Investigator Awards, a supporting letter from your supervisor is required.  
   
Step 3: Upload your final paper and additional materials via MICCAI 09 manuscript management system (which is the same website when you submit your original papers for review) using the same login/password as you did for your original paper submission and also make sure you go through the following check list first).
 
You should have the following files ready, note Files 2 & 3 are optional:
  • File 1 - a zip file containing the source and PDF files of your final camera ready manuscript, as well as the digital copy of your signed copyright form (retain the original for your own record) 
  • File 2 - a zip file of electronic supplementary material (if applicable) and make sure the file size does not exceed 5Mb
  • File 3 - a support/validation letter from your supervisor (signed and scanned in PDF) for MICCAI Young Scientist Award (if applicable)
